{"id":245,"date":"2026-03-26T15:10:13","date_gmt":"2026-03-26T15:10:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bhnklxl.cluster129.hosting.ovh.net\/?page_id=245"},"modified":"2026-04-17T09:07:20","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T09:07:20","slug":"gestion-de-alquileres","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/omloinfo.com\/index.php\/es\/gestion-de-alquileres\/","title":{"rendered":"Gesti\u00f3n de alquileres"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La empresa OMLO se encarga de la gesti\u00f3n de alquiler de sus bienes inmuebles (casas, apartamentos), liber\u00e1ndote de todas las dificultades administrativas y operativas .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me encargo de cada etapa :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>B\u00fasqueda y selecci\u00f3n de inquilinos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acompa\u00f1amiento de los inquilinos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publicaci\u00f3n de los anuncios<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizaci\u00f3n de las visitas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Redacci\u00f3n y firma de los contratos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el alquiler, estoy disponible para :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gestionar los posibles incidentes (aver\u00edas, obras, siniestros)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantizar el respeto de los plazos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realizar recordatorios en caso de retraso en el pago<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gestionar las transacciones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantizar el seguimiento administrativo y jur\u00eddico<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Al final del contrato de arrendamiento, realizo el inventario y preparo la vivienda para recibir a un nuevo inquilino. Como intermediario entre usted y su inquilino, me aseguro de que el alquiler ocurra sin problemas, liber\u00e1ndote de todas las
